Delete your Nest account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Nest app, provided by the Nest App Team.

In the app

  1. Open Nest and sign in.
  2. Open the profile tab to reach Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm.

By email

If you can no longer use the app, write to info@bloomdev.io from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (email, username, date of birth, gender, study details, preferences), your photos, your room listings and their photos, your likes and connections, your conversations and their messages and images, and the verification documents you sent us. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is kept

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. Apple and Google keep their purchase records under their own policies. Advertising data collected by ad partners is handled under their policies (Google).
